Our FOIA Library is a user-friendly archive of thousands of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) documents that we have collected since 2021 from all over the country. Our goal with this library is to provide a useful and FREE resource to parents, researchers and other nonprofits who may want or need information included in documents that we already have.

Defending Education is a national grassroots organization working to restore political neutrality and the free exchange of ideas to K-12 schools and higher education. We use network and coalition building, investigative reporting and litigation to stand up against discrimination, indoctrination and the suppression of free speech. We believe that students at every level deserve to learn in a non-political school environment that encourages diversity of viewpoint and considers everyone to be equal under the law.
